| | Yes, we ask for a low minimum order value of £125 ex VAT ex Shipping, however, we have tried to set low levels to allow all types of retailers to trade with us, even small businesses and start-ups should be able to afford our fantastic range of products. |

| What type of lines do you stock? |
| | We currently stock Hide `n` See Baby Nursing Ponchos on exclusive UK distribution contracts, so you will not find these products offered on a wholesale basis anywhere else in the UK. We are also getting ready to stock a number of other lines, which will be made to order for your customers or are unique to Sophie Knows … so do keep an eye on our range and register for updates by email. |

| Do you produce a catalogue? |
| | We do not currently produce a catalogue, but will do in the not too distant future. As we have regular deliveries of new lines, the website is always the `most up to date` way to view & purchase our stock. |

| What are your delivery charges? |
| | Wholesale delivery within UK & Channel Isles is £10.50 for orders under £250 ex VAT and FREE for all orders over. Dropship deliveries are £3.99 per order delivered to one address.
All deliveries are subject to stock and wholesale orders will be delivered within 7 days or sooner. If your order is particularly urgent, please ask about next day delivery (subject to stock availability).

| How long is delivery from placing my order? |

| | Payment is taken at time of order before dispatch. You can pay by credit card, debit card and Paypal via the website. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or by telephone. You can call us or email us your order. Payment must clear before we send the goods. |
