However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our return policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our policy to try and replace the product before we raise a credit.
If the items you have ordered through our website are faulty or damaged you must inform us within 5 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email detailing your original order number and the item you wish to return. After this date no exchange or credit will be offered.
Any items to be returned must be received by Sophie Knows … within 7 days of original receipt by the customer. We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s is received complete and in perfect packaging, we will refund/exchange. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a Returns Authorization Number. Sophie Knows … reserves the right to cancel any wholesale or dropship order if we feel you are not a trading business. Please note we DO NOT allow people to sell our products on EBay as at 1st January 2007 onwards, without exception.
All postage and packaging costs for returned merchandise will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
We cannot exchange or refund items that are specially made to order, unless an error has been made and proved on our part. Orders made on behalf of your customers, are non-refundable, but this does not affect their Statutory Rights. |
